Overview of the User Rights

manager_add

Right to create new user accounts.

To activate the feature for adding new accounts, additionally, you have to allocate either the right manager_alloc or the right manager_edit to the currently-edited role.

manager_alloc

Right to allocate existing user accounts.

manager_edit

Richt to edit and delete the account data of Org Processor users.

manager_view

Right to view accounts of Org Processor users.

This right is a necessary condition when assigning any further editing rights.

manager_view_status

Right to access the detail view of Org Processor users.

manager_view_node_alloc

Right to view allocations to organizational units.

The icon Show assigned units is displayed in the unitspecific user list.

manager_view_report_alloc

Right to view report allocations

manager_set_pw

Right to change and generate the passwords of Org Processor users.

manager_reset_pw

Right to reset the passwords of Org Processor users to the initial password.

manager_import

Right to import Org Processor users.

manager_export

Right to export user data.

manager_export_with_pw

Right to export user data. The export file contains the passwords of the users.

manager_email_readonly

Right to use standard mail templates.

manager_view_log

Right to access log files

Right to lock units

Right to “view down” into subunits on the Organizational structure tab.

Users without this right can see the subunits of their organizational unit in the organizational structure, but they can not open them.

The view down right is a necessary condition for the rights structure_add_del_node and structure_import.

This right is necessary to activate the Participants tab in the detail view of the units.

participants_export_with_auth_code

Right to export participants including access code. Furthermore, users with this right can manually edit the passwords of participants

paperpencil_list

Right to view the units' requests for paper-pencil questionnaires.

This right is necessary to activate the "Paper-pencil questionnaires" tab in the detail view of the units.

paperpencil_edit

Right to create and edit requests for paper-pencil questionnaires.

field_view_down

Right to "view down" into subunits on the "Return" tab.

Users who do not have this right can see the subunits in the return view, but they can not open the subunits to access the data in detail.

field_view_node

Right to view return rates of a unit.

field_export_response_short

Right to export return rates. Scope: Small export, i.e. the data record contains the overall values for all units.

field_export_response_full

Right to export return rates. Scope: Expanded export, i.e. the data record contains all data.

reporting_view_down

Right to access the reports of subunits. Users who do not have this right can see the subunits on the Report overview tab, but they can not open the subunits and download reports

reporting_export_report_list_short

Right to export the standard list of reports. This list includes report ID, unit, report type and name, status, date of creation, file type and language.

reporting_export_report_list_full

Right to export the expanded list of reports. This list includes the same data as the standard list, plus report size and number of the already executed downloads.

reporting_download

Right to download reports in the allocated unit.

reporting_view_node

Right to view the detail view with the existing reports in the allocated unit. This right is a necessary requirement for assigning the rights reporting_view_node and reporting_download.

actionplanner_view_down

Right to view-down in Action Planner.

actionplanner_add_del

Right to create and delete actions. To activate the create and delete functions, you have to allocate actionplanner_edit to the currently-edited role as well.

actionplanner_edit

Right to edit actions. This right is a necessary condition when allocating actionplanner_add_del.

Right to import and export actions across structures.

actionplanner_export_short

Right to export actions (simple mode).

actionplanner_view_node

Right to view actions of a unit.

actionplanner_transfer

Right to move actions.

Right to add new comments to actions and edit/delete own comments.

actionplanner_comment_moderate

Right to edit or delete all action comments

actionplanner_workflow_use

Right to see and use "Workflows" (maybe additional rights are needed for special Workflows).

Show survey results

logistic_manager_edit

Right to edit the responsible persons of logistics sites.

logistic_list_logistic_site

Right to view all logistics sites.

If a person responsible for logistics does not have this right, they can see only those logistics sites they are assigned to.

logistic_add_logistic_site

Right to add and to delete logistics sites.

logistic_edit_logistic_site

Right to edit logistics sites.

You have to activate this right if you want to allocate users with the currently-edited role to logistics points as responsible persons.

logistic_add_parcel

Right to add and to delete reshipments.

logistic_change_parcel

Right to edit reshipments.

Right to view reshipments.

You have to activate this right if you want to allocate users with the currently-edited role to reshipment points as responsible persons.
