Projects

The survey module focusses on a graphical interface that does not require any scripting skills. An intuitive graphical interface provides access to features that not only allow the creation of simple surveys but instead enable the user to create questionnaires that follow research methodology, that create a fluent participant experience and that trigger additional workflows to follow up or to create actions and alerts.

People

People is designed to manage people data across the different surveys and feedback initiatives. The module allows to collect and manage background/profile data and supports the full process of participant recruitment, running profile surveys and establishing data quality rules as well as automatic process like pulse survey send outs or running quarantine rules for participants.

Portals

An online space that is easy to create and simple to use, Portals connects you to your people, allowing you to launch discussion and surveys quickly and easily, without having to rely on traditional email invitations.

Website

The panel website (or websites) is created and maintained via a content management system that is integrated within EFS Panel. The functions available on the website, such as registration and forms for contact e-mails, are integrated into the panel management software.

MySight

MySight gives users the power to manage, edit and customize online dashboards. It includes advanced functionality for data analysts in your organization who can perform an ad-hoc analysis of any of your data. MySight is embedded in the Portals module and therefore can be combined with action management, discussions or even data collection modules. This allows the user to have all feedback related activities in one place.

Platform Administration

Here you will find everything you need to know about platform administration. In this area, you can manage users, libraries, software options and your own profile as well as access different support options.

Optional Modules

Report Manager

The Report Manager allows the business to generate ad hoc reports, based on the standard report template for whatever areas of the business they want. This ability to react to ad hoc requests at any time and produce a report at no additional cost helps engage management and allows deeper insights to be gained.

Tivian Access

To increase the security of your TIVIAN applications - after the implementation of the Privacy Assistant (GDPR) - the new TIVIAN Access module has been implemented. By the use of this module, that can be integrated into your existing SSO infrastructure, bad password habits will be mitigated.

Leadership*

EFS Leadership is a module of the Enterprise Feedback Suite which has been optimized for multi-source feedback processes and in particular 360° leadership surveys.
