Support

The support menu includes video tutorials to help you get started with EFS, a link to online documentation, a support contact option, and a feedback feature. You can also find out more about data protection and the GDPR under this menu item. 

Open

You can access EFS tutorials and the online documentation link directly from the Support menu. Furthermore links to the support request and the feedback function are deposited here.

The Support request will let you post support requests directly to our support center. 

• The user‘s name and e-mail address are inserted by default

• Add a subject and your message.

• You may attach a file to your support request.

• Click Submit.
