How can I export personal and survey data together?

For data protection reasons, it is not possible to combine personal and survey data unless the test user/respondent has been informed of this in advance. In order to enable combined export of this data, you require an extra right, which is not activated as standard. This right is only activated when the licensee (i.e. the person or entity who ordered/purchased the license) completes and signs an application  for combined data export, and returns this to Tivian. For legal reasons, activation can only be performed for accounts that are members of just one team. This team should be stated in the application. Please also bear in mind that all team members will be granted this right (where there are teams with multiple members). Therefore, it is important to clarify in advance whether this is in the interest of the licensee. You will find the application form in our download area.
