The topmost tab in the content area of participant administration contains its centerpiece, the List of participants.

Adding Participants

New participants can be either added individually or imported from a list of participants in CSV file format.

Contacting Participant Groups

The e-mail dispatch options, which are opened via the Contact participant groups button, allow you to target mails to specific participant groups without having to first perform a search in participant administration.

Updating Participant Data

You can update participant data. You can download an update template under the Participant administration menu item.

Selecting Actions for Participants

You can apply several actions, like Generate codes, Invite or Remind, to selected participants or all of them at once.

Search and Display Functions and Export

Get to know the search and display functions of the participant list as well as everything about Excel and CSV export.

Testing Personalized Projects

To test personalized projects, you need to add participants as testers.

Dispatching Reminders and Deactivating Accounts Automatically

You can send reminders to participants or have their accounts deactivated automatically in personalized projects and employee surveys.
