Ideation Guide Vouchers (Blue Collar Scenario)
Status | ||||
---|---|---|---|---|
|
Users of the ideation guide feature can have vouchers created by the system which enable participants to access the questionnaire and the voting page using a URL that is printed on the voucher.
Ideation guides are a tool that helps teams gather and rate ideas related to a certain topic. The traditional way of inviting participants to an ideation guide wave is to send them several e-mails. One e-mail is sent for each phase of the ideation process (suggesting ideas, voting for the best ideas, publication of results). Users who do not have an e-mail address that can be used for this purpose (e.g. blue collar workers) cannot participate in ideation guide waves when the classic e-mail invitations are used.
In order to also provide ideation guides to teams of which not every member has an e-mail address of their own or frequent access to a computer, an ideation guide can also be participated in using vouchers that contain a URL to the guide questionnaire and the voting page. If a guide is configured to be used with participation vouchers the guide initiator can not only invite participants by their e-mail address but also order a certain amount of vouchers in the invitation step of the guide setup. Those vouchers can be handed out to team members and enable them to make suggestions and rate the suggestions of their colleagues. The URLs on the vouchers will take the participant to the user interface that is valid for the currently active phase of the process.Portals

End of support: Internet Explorer 11
We would like to inform you that from Oct 1st 2021 we will no longer support Internet Explorer 11 (IE 11). This is in line with many organisations ending support of this legacy browser, including its creator Microsoft who stopped supporting IE 11 on Nov 30th 2020. After this date, you may have a degraded experience if using IE 11. New features will not be available and certain features may cease to work. While we expect much of the platform to remain operational using IE 11 in the short term, any issues encountered with this browser will no longer be fixed after this date. Many of our customers have been using IE 11 since 2013. At this time we operated in a much less sophisticated online environment. Since then, new standards and browsers have allowed for more innovative online experiences. We highly recommend that our customers update their default browser to a more modern browser to experience a faster, safer, more responsive and extensive set of features in our EFS platform.
