Ideation Guide Vouchers (Blue Collar Scenario)
Users of the ideation guide feature can have vouchers created by the system which enable participants to access the questionnaire and the voting page using a URL that is printed on the voucher.
Ideation guides are a tool that helps teams gather and rate ideas related to a certain topic. The traditional way of inviting participants to an ideation guide wave is to send them several e-mails. One e-mail is sent for each phase of the ideation process (suggesting ideas, voting for the best ideas, publication of results). Users who do not have an e-mail address that can be used for this purpose (e.g. blue collar workers) cannot participate in ideation guide waves when the classic e-mail invitations are used.
In order to also provide ideation guides to teams of which not every member has an e-mail address of their own or frequent access to a computer, an ideation guide can also be participated in using vouchers that contain a URL to the guide questionnaire and the voting page. If a guide is configured to be used with participation vouchers the guide initiator can not only invite participants by their e-mail address but also order a certain amount of vouchersIDEA Guide: Offline Users
To give team members who do not have their own email address or have limited Internet access the opportunity to participate in an Ideation Guide survey, you can create vouchers to give these so-called offline users access to the survey and the IDEA Guide voting page.
To make use of this feature, you must first select an email template on the Guides tab in the CMS area of your portal and set the desired number of offline participants (max. 100). You can also select a panel group for the offline participants. Panelists will be created for the offline participants and assigned to the selected group.
After you have configured the IDEA guide, the guide initiator can now invite offline participants in the invitation step of the guide setup . Those vouchers can be handed out to team members and enable them to make suggestions and rate the suggestions of their colleagues. The URLs on the vouchers will take the participant to the user interface that is valid for the currently active phase of the processin addition to those invited via email address by selecting a certain number of offline participants. When the invitation emails are sent, the guide initiator receives the corresponding vouchers for the offline participants, which he hands out to them. The voucher contains the URLs to the IDEA Guide survey and voting page.
The vouchers include the following information:
Wave topic
Manager name
Wave creation date
QR code and URL
The logo of the vouchers can be changed.
You find a voucher preview A preview of what the voucher will look like can be found on the invitation tab of the IDEA guide Guide (CMS). The preview has an editable logo so that a portal admin can choose a logo for that guidethe logo can be customized to your own liking.

Process details after process ended
During a 360° survey, the initiator can see the participant rates for the different feedback provider groups. After the process has ended, this information can no longer be accessed.
Especially in the case of unsuccessful 360° surveys, it is very often unclear to the initiator why the survey was not successful (e.g. no self-assessment or only a few responses in a particular group).
Now these statistics can be accessed even after the process is finished. Just click the button "Show rater-groups". It is now possible to also view the participant rates after the 360° survey has ended. The initiator of the survey can now see why the survey was not successful.
